Sofia is a distinguished sustainability professional with a Bachelor's in Marketing from tecnológico de Monterrey, and has an MSc in Environmental Entrepreneurship from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Over the past 12 years, she has spearheaded sustainability projects at Danone Mexico and currently serves as Head of Sustainability, driving initiatives in water, CO2 reduction, regenerative agriculture, and circular economy. She is recognized as one of Expansion's 30 Business Promises and a Climate fellow of the League of Intrapreneurs. Sofia also is a lecturing professor of the Engineering and Sustainable Development bachelor's degree at Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe.
