Servando is a Industrial engineer with a Master degree in Business and Service Administration by the EGADE-Tec de Monterrey. He has a 29 year of experience in PepsiCo. He has served in several roles in Operations, Global Procurement & Agronomy and worked in several cities across Mexico and international roles in Dallas, Texas and Cork, Ireland. He currently serves as the Sr Director and Agricultural lead for the LATAM Region at PepsiCo, leading the agriculture development agenda. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of the digital Agro strategy, setting the foundation to digitize the entire agro supply chain and turn it into a rich data environment enabling growers to increase efficiencies in the farms. Under his tenure, PepsiCo implemented the first Digital Agro Control Tower, where agronomists leverage the use of digital technologies to monitor and improve agro operations. This last summer, under Servando's leadership, PepsiCo presented the 'Agro del Futuro', setting the Vision to become the most resilient Agro system in the Region under the umbrella of precision and digital agriculture.
