Monica Pascua
Mónica has been in charge of AMEXCAP's strategic operations since January 2025. Upon joining the Association in July 2018, she led the Research department, and in 2020, she assumed additional responsibilities, managing relations with relevant authorities and organizations. With over 20 years of experience, she has dedicated herself to the research and analysis of economic, financial, and demographic data, as well as the design and development of simulation models to assess the impact of the distribution of federal financial resources to local governments and the formulation of public policies.
She has also served as an independent consultant in methodological development for the creation of indicators and data collection. Additionally, at the Ministry of Finance, she developed mathematical and financial models to project and strengthen various financing schemes for projects involving both public and private investment.
