Monica is a passionate intrapreneur. She is currently leading the innovation ecosystem of Nestlé Mexico 'All In', which has an objective to experiment and integrate alliances with start-ups that have value propositions for today's F&B industry challenges & that can contribute to the company's purpose to unlock the power of food to enhance quality of life for everyone, today and for generations to come. Monica has 10 years of experience in open innovation, working with companies such as Bimbo, Coppel, sura, Cinépolis, beta San Miguel, among others through a Mexican open innovation firm.
