Fernanda Suarez
Fernanda Suarez leads the sustainability and social impact strategy at NatureSweet, where she is driving transformative change across the agricultural industry. With a deep commitment to ethical and sustainable practices, she has played a key role in implementing industry-leading ESG initiatives and securing critical certifications, including B Corp, EFI, and Fair Trade.
A passionate advocate for agricultural workers, Fernanda is dedicated to improving workplace safety and advancing NatureSweet’s mission to transform the lives of agricultural workers across North America.
Fernanda began her career in Human Resources, working with leading electronics manufacturers such as Plexus and USI. She joined NatureSweet over six years ago in the Human Capital team and has since held multiple leadership roles, overseeing the company's sustainability and social impact efforts.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and two master’s degrees degrees, one in Organizational and Human Development, and the other in Business. She also completed the University of Oxford’s “Leading a Sustainable Corporation” program through the Saïd Business School.
Outside of work, Fernanda enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with her family and her dog, Romeo.Sessions
